A Foodie in a Past Life...

The best part about photography for me, is the overlapping that it has with my past lives.. After working in hospo for numerous years, it's so much fun to delve back into that life, even for a moment...

One of my favourite places to head to for a refreshment also provides amazingly plated delicacies...

So if you are wondering where to go for a great meal, fantastic atmosphere, and efficient service to boot.. Head on down to Baretta, on St Asaph street, central Christchurch...

I personally can never go past a Venison Carpaccio...

And I have a friend who has the Pork Belly every time he goes anywhere, he'd definitely be well satisfied with this dish!!

For myself though, the Lamb just looks and smells sensational!!!!

And what a perfect way to finish off dinner than with a Tiramisu and glass of sticky..
